Team

ATG has three bases of operation – LA, NY and London with development offices in Kiev – and 20 full and part-time creatives and technologists on our core team.

  • Michael Ostin (co-founder) – Former President of DreamWorks Records, prior served as SVP of A&R at Warner Records; signed and recorded Christopher Cross, Paul Simon, Eric Clapton, Madonna, Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, Green Day, Prince, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rod Stewart, Seal, Quincy Jones, Al Jarreau, Nile Rodgers, and Q-Tip
  • Jason Ferro (co-founder) – 25 years leading fashion design teams and artist/music initiatives at the GAP, Levi-Strauss, Abercrombie & Fitch, GUESS Jeans, Lululemon, Jacob Davis and Bread Denim. Featured in the NY Times, GQ, Flaunt, Elle, Vogue & Rolling Stone
  • Chris Wilkinson (co-founder) — 20 years in product development at the intersection of media and technology. Early streaming pioneer, uniting music & gaming into the launch of the world’s first in-game music network, distributed across Viacom’s gaming property, Xfire
  • Henryk Garcia (co-founder) – 10+ years as a producer, engineer and tastemaker; collaborated with music mogul Berry Gordy (Motown), Jaime Foxx, Sensato (Pitbull), super producers Wallis Lane (Drake, Post Malone, Travis Scott, Tiesto, Iggy Azalea) and multi-platinum recording artist Sky Blu (LMFAO). Artist development for Sony Music Latin and Epic Records
  • Jake Rodenhouse (co-founder) – Director at Rodenhouse Family Office where he manages a portfolio of music, media, and entertainment investments including Invisible Narratives, Cross Creek Pictures, MusicScreen, Rams Head Productions, Key West Songwriters Festival and Perfect Sound Studios

  • Brady Clark (Head of Platform Operations & Digital Catalog) – 10+ years at Jingle Punks, managing the world’s largest TV production music catalog
  • Candace Stewart (Head of Outreach) – 30+ years as a senior executive at celebrity favorite Hollywood recording studios (most recently EastWest)
  • Mike Voss (Production & Business Operations) – 10 years in digital operations at Live Nation
  • Lindsay Colip (Head of Editorial) – Over 13 years as a music journalist, music supervisor and tastemaker (SPIN, Jambase, Press Play Music)
