Here is our artist on-boarding framework:

50/50 partnership between the artist and the platform

ATG operates in 50/50 partnership between the artist and the platform. Given the commitments on both sides and restraints of resources, it is a selective process and based on an assessment of which musicians are the best-fit into PANTHR roster by the A&R committee.

Guidelines: minimum of 15,000+ social followers with high engagement

Types of compensation: platform earnings, cash advances, participation in artist equity stock pool, paid media commitments

ATG provides:
  • Turnkey technology platform to collect direct-to-fan subscriptions and host and distribute all artist content More here
  • In-house development of a curated lookbook and editorial feature in the PANTHR app
  • Editorial support (podcasts, promos, radio station curation) from PANTHR Studios is our in-house boutique creative agency
  • Featured placement on the Brand Portal – a platform for artist-brand sponsor matching which uses automation to reduce the pain associated with managing campaigns More here
  • Coordination of marketing events like collabs between other high engagement artists
  • Right of first refusal to a token offering on the PANTHR Exchange – a safe and trusted community of users that want to support and invest in independent artists More here
Artist responsibilities:
  • PANTHR brand ambassadorship to their fans and other artists – we will detail some specific requirements in the LOI document
  • Providing raw content assets which Team PANTHR will transform into new editorial content
  • Fan incentives for support (exclusive content, unique access, etc.)
The process for artists & labels
  1. Discovery call to explore if PANTHR is a good fit
  2. A LOI (letter of intent) will be drafted for those artists selected by the A&R committee
  3. Upon acceptance, the editorial process begins with a team intro call
  4. Artist begins submitting raw assets for transformation by the content team
  5. The first interview with the Editorial team is the most critical – it becomes the first in the series of podcasts we call “SoundCheck” and gives us ideas for future content
  6. Editorial design begins and mock ups will be delivered for artist approval
  7. Artist’s official platform launch and initial marketing push
  8. On-going engagement strategies, including collaboration opportunities between PANTHR artists and other outside artists which are a good fit
  9. Revenue scaling
